Required Knowledge:

4. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2010/2007 server deployment and migration
5. Backup and restore management.
6. Knowledge of VmWare / hyper-V workstation and server implementation, troubleshooting.
7. Knowledge of VoIP and troubleshooting.
8. Knowledge of Microsoft patches management using WSUS.
9. Web content filtering and policy management.
