Job Profile :
Logging tickets in and Assigning to engineers.
Troubleshooting over the phone.
Follow up with Engineer for closure.
Response to customer queries via mail and phone.
Conducting meeting with the engineer for better practices and knowledge sharing.
Acting as a Call desk Lead. Maintaining 0% Violation.
Tracking and completing the calls within the SLA time
