Candidate should have Any Graduate degree as a qualification
Candidate should have typing speed 35 W.P.M. in English
Candidate should have good knowledge of computer operation.
Candidate should have good knowledge in shorthand with speed of 100/80 W.P.M.in English/Hindi
Candidate should be a good learner
Candidate should be hard working
Candidate should be good team player
Candidate should be result oriented
