Job Description:

Troubleshooting the problems related with Desktop, Server and LAN.
Installation and Troubleshooting of SAP 7.20, Teamcenter 8.3 and NX 7.5.
Installation & configuration of windows 2003 Server.
Sorting the problem of user by taking Net meeting\VNC\Remote Desktop.
Performing account maintenance in the domain system using Active Directory with over 500 users.
Responsible for Setup & configuration of workstations and laptops to new employees.
Managing and Troubleshooting a LAN Network, Configuring TCP/IP settings, Implementing Remote Connectivity
Installation, Troubleshooting and Configuration of Lotus Notes 7.0,8.5.1,8.5.2.
Installation and Troubleshooting Network Printer.
Asset and Vendor Management
Preparing Dialy, Weekly, Monthly, MIS Reports.
Administration, Create a SOP (Standard Operating Process), planning for daily / weekly /monthly activities and rollouts.
Installation, Configuration & updating of Antivirus.
Basic knowledge of Hardware & Networking.
Daily activity involves Network monitoring, MIS & Reporting, Place and chase of tickets.
To provide Telephonic & remotely support
Responsible for IMAC management.
Responsible for Vendor management.
Coordinating in preparation of weekly & monthly MIS report.
