Required Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of testing techniques, tools and methodologies is required.
Intermediate level experience with MS Excel and Notes is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Exposure or working knowledge of business analysis techniques, tools and methodologies is preferred.
Consulting, facilitation, organizational and planning skills is preferred.
Job Profile:
Manage and respond to the day to day Changepoint inquiries, requests and production problems
Maintain updates to operations documentation
Run, analyse, action and communicate key Changepoint governance and compliance reports
Run, analyse, action and communicate key Portfolio Management reports
Execute regression test model for testing of application fixes/patches and all business owned functions
Create simple test plans and execute
Maintain updates to documentation on the Changepoint Self Help intranet site (on the Source)
Assist in the configuration, testing and rollout of new versions / new features
Assist in business analysis, reporting, testing, communication, and training support for key deliverables within the team
