Only Graduate and Polytechnic Diploma Holders can Apply.
Knowledge of Operating System Windows 2000/XP.
Sound understanding of AD Group Policies.
Knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware.
Troubleshooting skills of desktop/laptop related problems ( OS/ Hardware/ Software)
Knowledge of Outlook Mail Client and related troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Printer's (2400 & MFP4345).
Understanding of OS Patches/ Upgrades/ Services Packs.
Knowledge of Local System policies.
