Responsibilities:
· Follow plan management procedures and checklists for SSAE 16 compliance and assist in creating new data verification procedures and checklists for projects when needed
· Monitor successful completion of processing tasks
· Verify the accuracy of data, calculations, and the content and format of reports and other deliverables
· Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues or problems uncovered in data and reports, document root cause, and identify preventative measures to mitigate against a future occurrence of an issue
· Alert all team members to problems and potential solutions
· Participate in process management conference calls and on-site meetings with client, and provide additional support for client issues or questions when needed
· Provide payroll analysis or a summary of the results of payroll validations to assist client in payroll approval
· Complete postmortem reviews and participate in review meetings after each payment processing cycle
· Maintain and update system parameters and other system data, and validate the archive process for historical data
· Configure minor system changes for new client requests
· Assist project team with business and project knowledge for larger system changes and work collaboratively in the discovery and testing of changes to ensure work is completed correctly
· Assist project team to schedule database maintenance tasks, and communicate issues that require unplanned maintenance when needed
· Monitor trends in processing times and the accuracy of deliverables, and proactively provide suggestions or ideas for improvement
· Assist project team to support SSAE16 compliance audits and provide requested documentation and other evidence of proper controls upon request
· Allow-up with client analysts on standard project deliverables
Prerequisites
· BA or BS degree from a top-tier school (technical or science degree a plus)
· Very strong detail orientation and strong analytical skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· High level of team orientation
· Knowledge of database theory
· Experience using Excel for data analysis and using Microsoft Office preferred
· Minimum one year experience in management consulting or other work providing professional services preferred
