* Knowledge and ability to use the desktop computer system (screen, mouse, keyboard)

* Knowledge and ability to use the phone system.

* Working with team and managers to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and implement solutions

Desired Profile :

* 0-2 years of experience (Voice and Non voice)

* Graduate (Any stream) with excellent Written Communication Skills

* 5 days working with Saturday-Sunday fixed off

* Cab facility available

* Candidates who have done MBA/MA/MCom through distance learning and correspondence are also eligible to apply

* Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts
