* Candidate should have good communication skills

* Basic Computer knowledge.

* Backend/Non-Voice Process

* Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.

* Ability to detect errors.

* Candidate should be well read about his/her projects done during graduation or job experience

* MANDATORY Requirement: Open to work in 24x7 environment (Candidate should be flexible to work in Night Shifts)
