Job Role : Application Support Engineer
* Provide first level Technical Support to the clients in USA.
* Troubleshoot Application Login related issues.
* Troubleshoot user profile setup issues.
* Troubleshoot Software related issues.
* Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by operational teams related to application.
* Manage issue resolution by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the users desktop
* Record escalation from employees and notify Development and QC team for required changes in application
* RCA documentation and Issue resolution documentation
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Any Engineering graduate/ PG with 0 to 2 Year of Experience.
* Excellent communication & Inter-Personal Skills.
* Basic knowledge of Software Testing.
* Candidates staying in Navi Mumbai and Central Suburbs may only apply. However, candidates who are willing to relocate can also apply.
* Prior experience on financial application support would be an added advantage but not a necessity.
* Ready to work in permanent night shift.
