1. Handling incoming Calls.
2. Providing resolution to Customers on queries related to billing cycle and order status.
3. Ensure that the required Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met.
4.Participate in coaching’s, reviews and training assessments & personnel in conjunction with department managers.
