Job Description:

* Collect on B2C accounts

* Ability to deal with specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers who are in debt Dialer based calling

* Provide payment plans basis customer requirement

* Recognise individual customer service needs and resolve their enquiry

* Ability to handle complaints and escalate where appropriate

* Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to recognise and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers

* Work effectively as part of a team, recognising how teams can deliver great results

* Keen to progress to other levels and will consistently self assess your own performance against agreed targets by working closely with your manager
